Quotanda launches innovative financing program to help mexican nurses work in the United States!

Mexico City, Mexico — Nov. 24 Quotanda, a global leader in education financing solutions, has announced the launch of a groundbreaking program designed to support Mexican nurses seeking employment opportunities in the United States. The initiative addresses both the rising demand for qualified nursing professionals in the U.S. and the financial barriers many Mexican nurses face when preparing for certification and immigration procedures.

The new program provides flexible educational financing that covers essential costs such as TOEFL and NCLEX exam preparation, certification fees, and immigration-related expenses. Unlike traditional loans, the plan allows nurses to begin repayment only after securing employment with a U.S.-based agency.

This financing option is made possible thanks to the collaboration with the Trust, Vamos, and the Educo Foundation, whose support strengthens access to global professional opportunities for Mexican talent.

“Our goal with this program is to eliminate the financial obstacles that prevent talented Mexican nurses from accessing life-changing opportunities abroad,” said Grant Taylor, CEO, Quotanda. “By combining financing with comprehensive support, we’re enabling professionals to build their future without needing to have the capital upfront.”

A Low-Risk pathway to U.S. nursing careers

The program offers a unique solution to a dual challenge:

  1. The shortage of nurses in the United States, and
  2. The high upfront costs that often prevent Mexican nurses from completing licensing requirements.

Through Quotanda’s model, participants receive support from language preparation to securing a U.S. work license. If a candidate does not complete the program or does not obtain a job placement, the debt automatically adjusts to a significantly smaller alternative monthly payment plan, based on only the services utilized.

Key benefits for eligible nurses
  • TN-2 Visa Sponsorship for legal employment in the United States.
  • Competitive Pay ranging from $1,000 to $2,200 USD per week for full-time positions (40 hours per week; $25–$55 USD/hour).

  • Financed TOEFL & NCLEX Preparation, licensing exams, and immigration procedures.
  • Low-Risk Payment Model: Repayment begins only once the professional has been hired.

Call for collaboration: Universities & Health-Sector partners

Quotanda invites universities, nursing associations, and health-sector organizations across Mexico to partner in sharing this opportunity with their students and members. Through collaboration, partner institutions can position themselves as leaders in promoting international mobility and professional advancement.

“This initiative empowers institutions to support their graduates with a clear, structured pathway to global careers,” “Together, we can help transform lives and close the nursing gap in the United States.”

Nurses who apply to the program can receive a $100 USD discount on their loan application using the code: SALUD100USD.
